1. Start Your 120-Day Guarantee Period
Your 120-day guarantee begins from the date of your first treatment. This allows you ample time between each session to fully experience the benefits of Dermanique and see the real difference it can make for your skin.

2. Results Assurance & Qualification
We’re confident you’ll notice visible improvements with Dermanique. If, after completing four treatments, you don’t see a noticeable change in your skin’s appearance, you may qualify for our Results Assurance refund. Here’s how we define “improvement” under this guarantee:

Visible Improvement:
This includes the reduction, elimination, or fading of skin imperfections such as wrinkles, fine lines, or targeted blemishes. Most users observe positive changes in texture, size, or the overall appearance of treated areas within just two sessions.

Eligibility for Refund:
If there is no visible improvement after completing four treatments, you may request a refund.

What Doesn’t Qualify for Refund:

Minor changes, gradual fading, or subjective dissatisfaction without visible improvement. Incomplete or non-compliant use of the product.

3. Document Your Journey
To support your refund request, we recommend documenting your progress. Take clear, unedited photos of the areas being treated before each session to track your journey and results.

4. Request a Refund
If, after completing four treatments, you’re still not satisfied with your results, contact us to request a refund. Email support@dermanique.com with details about your experience and attach your photos.

Refund Requirements:

Returns must include the product, all original packaging, instructions, and accessories. All items must be in good, working condition with normal wear and tear. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after your return is received.

Important Notes:

Refunds can only be processed for products purchased directly from dermanique.com. International orders with unpaid customs fees are not eligible for return. Return shipping fees for international clients are not covered by Dermanique.

5. Receive Your Refund
Once we review and approve your submission, we’ll process your refund promptly, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

This guarantee applies to all orders placed on or after January 1, 2025. By using the Money-Back Guarantee, you agree to the associated Terms.
